Prescriptions Require Provider Review
A prescription is issued only after a licensed healthcare provider reviews your medical intake and determines that treatment is clinically appropriate for you. Completing an assessment, creating an account, or submitting payment does not result in a prescription on its own.
Provider Discretion
The independent licensed providers who use the [pepti] platform retain sole medical discretion over whether to prescribe any treatment. They have established clinical and exclusionary criteria, and your intake responses determine whether you are eligible. Treatment may be declined at the provider's sole discretion.
Not All Patients Qualify
Treatment is not appropriate for everyone. A provider may decline to prescribe based on your medical history, current medications, contraindications, or other clinical factors. If a prescription is not approved, you will not be charged for the medication.
Honest and Complete Information
You must provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or incomplete information may lead to inappropriate treatment recommendations or denial of service, and may make any resulting prescription unsafe.
Ongoing Treatment
Continued or refilled prescriptions also require provider review and may require updated health information or lab evaluation. A prescription is valid only for the individual patient for whom it was written.
