Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your [pepti] subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee, no penalty, and no obligation to continue treatment.

How to Cancel

You can cancel in either of the following ways:

• From your account dashboard, under your active order or subscription settings
• By emailing support@hellopepti.com with your name and the email on your account

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation stops future billing. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive any treatment you have already paid for through the end of that period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your next billing date.

Refunds

No prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period. For situations where a refund may apply, see our Refund Policy and Subscription Terms.
