How it works
Order your kit
Choose a panel and we ship the Pepti collection device to your door — everything you need in one box.
Collect at home
Press the device to your upper arm. It draws a small sample in a few minutes — no syringe, no phlebotomist, no clinic visit.
Mail it back
Seal the sample in the prepaid mailer and drop it off. It goes straight to a CLIA-certified lab.
Get reviewed results
A licensed Pepti physician reviews your results and delivers them to your dashboard within days — with clear notes, not just numbers.

A fraction of the blood
A few drops — not a vial.
A traditional clinic draw pulls roughly 10 mL of blood from a vein. The Pepti device collects about 1 mL from your upper arm — about a tenth as much — and still runs the same physician-reviewed lab panels.

- ✓Collects in a few minutes, anywhere

Common questions
Does the collection device hurt?+
The device uses a small FDA-cleared lancet to collect a capillary blood sample from the upper arm — no syringe and no traditional venous draw. Most patients describe it as a quick, light pinch or pressure that's far gentler than a clinic blood draw.
Who processes the sample?+
Every sample is processed by a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory — the same lab standard used by hospitals and traditional draw sites.
Who reviews my results?+
A licensed US physician on the Pepti medical team reviews your panel, flags anything notable, and delivers physician notes alongside your numbers.
How long do results take?+
Most results are back and physician-reviewed within a few business days of the lab receiving your sample.
Why test bloodwork at all?+
Bloodwork establishes your baseline before starting a protocol and tracks how your body responds over time — hormones, metabolic markers, inflammation, and more. It's how treatment gets personalized instead of guessed.
Is this available in my state?+
At-home blood testing is available in most states Pepti serves. Availability is confirmed during checkout based on your shipping address.
